Breakfast Smoothie!
I prefer to start the day with a breakfast smoothie with oatmeal!
What kind of products:
– Oatmeal
– Pieces of Coconut
– Banana
– Protein powder
– Fruits: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
– 1 teaspoon flaxseed
You have to add a liquid to make the smoothie.
I prefer to use coconut milk rice.

The calming effect of the warm water is the perfect sport to release stress of everyday life.
By moving is endorphins coming free. You can see that on your energy level. This is especially true for women.
The warm water to loosen stiff muscles will make you instantly more relaxed.
A good workout takes at least 30 minutes. You will burn calories, but in the beginning especially carbohydrates. To tap into your fat stores you need to swim longer than 30 minutes.
The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn again.
